Service Description

This longer session is offered to allow more space for your unfolding. For those situations and experiences that we hold deep within our being. Being held in safety and comfort gives you the time you need to unravel. Often when there has been trauma, or chronic stress and tension, it can take time for the body to unwind.  These sessions are like a mini-retreat, you will receive herbal teas blended uniquely for you, and space to rest before and after your session of body work and energy healing.  Journey within and let go of the outside world. Give your body the space it needs to let go of the past and align with your highest self.
